Long story short…
JP and I (Kersey) are work-from-home parents, building careers we love while raising our beautiful kids. I started freelancing in 2014 and went fully remote in 2019, eventually growing into an operations-focused role supporting business owners behind the scenes. JP began working from home in April 2020 during the pandemic and never looked back, continuing his career in sales and business operations management.
It all started when…
I first dipped my toes into freelancing in 2014 and quickly discovered a knack for organisation, systems, and making things run better. That spark led me to go fully remote in 2019, where my work naturally evolved from task support into operations, workflows, and decision support. I’ve partnered with a wide range of clients, including life coaches, nutritionists, medical professionals, and industry leaders, helping bring structure, clarity, and consistency to their businesses.
At the same time, JP was building his leadership strength, managing teams, driving sales, and overseeing operations in remote-first environments. Together, we’ve seen what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to scaling a business without burning out the people behind it.
